If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can easily request a return under the following conditions.

Conditions for Return

1. Product Condition

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any defects. For fashion items, trying them on to check the fit will still be considered as unworn.

2. Original Items

The product must include all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice, and accessories received at the time of delivery.

3. Packaging

  • • Items must be returned in their original and undamaged manufacturer packaging or box.
  • • Do not apply any tape, sticker, or writing directly on the manufacturer's box.

4. Order & Tracking Information

Clearly mention your Order Number and Return Tracking Number on the return package to avoid any delay or inconvenience.

5. Acknowledgment Slip

When handing over your package to the Drop-Off Station or Pickup Agent, please collect the Oboef Bazar Return Acknowledgment Slip and keep it for your reference until the return process is complete.

6. Pickup & Replacement

  • Inside Dhaka: Tk. 150–200 replacement fee may apply for courier handling.
  • Outside Dhaka: only return courier charge applies.

💡Important Notes

  • • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • • Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • • Oboef Bazar reserves the right to verify the product before processing any return or refund request.
